Professional Agricultural Asset Management
Agriculture is the only asset class of its size routinely operated without professional administration. We change that — with mapped records, an assigned agronomist, controlled costs and a direct route to market.
What Management Covers
These are not add-ons priced separately. Every managed farm receives all four, scaled in depth to the size of the holding.
The record layer every serious agricultural asset needs and almost none have.
An assigned agronomist with responsibility for the farm, not a call-centre recommendation.
Coordination with independently qualified professionals — lawful, documented, and never structured to evade regulation.
The route from standing crop to a contracted, settled sale.
Management Framework
Every tier is built on the same ₹5,000 per acre annual framework. Larger holdings unlock deeper operational coordination rather than a different rate card.

From Land to Operating Asset
Digitisation is not the goal — it is the first step. The path runs from unstructured land to a commercially connected, financially measured operating asset.

Getting Started
Management begins with establishing facts about the farm — not with selling inputs.
A field visit to walk the holding, understand current practice and record the baseline. No charge, no obligation.
Khasra records consolidated, boundaries mapped, and block-wise soil sampling completed.
Written crop plan, nutrient plan and operational calendar agreed with you before sowing.
Scheduled agronomist visits, digital expense logging and monthly reporting begin.
Questions
The fee covers the professional management framework for your tier: Khasra-level digital mapping, the season crop plan, scheduled agronomist visits, digital expense and operations records, and administrative coordination. Inputs, labour and machinery remain farm operating costs, but they are planned, recorded and controlled within the framework.
No. Ownership, possession and every commercial decision remain entirely with you. The platform is a professional management service — comparable to a property manager for real estate — operating under a service agreement you can review with your own advisers.
Below roughly 20 acres, the economics of dedicated agronomist time, per-block soil testing and structured administration stop working in the owner's favour. Smaller holdings are better served through our empanelled agronomist network.
We coordinate — we do not practise law. The platform maintains your farm's documentary record and connects you with empanelled CA, CS and legal professionals for succession documentation, tax planning and land-record hygiene. All structuring is done by qualified professionals, within the law.
Assessment visit and boundary mapping; consolidation of land records; block-wise soil sampling; the first season crop plan; and activation of the digital expense log. From there the operating rhythm is scheduled visits, advisories and monthly reporting.
Landowners
A field visit, an honest read of your current baseline, and a written management proposal. No charge and no commitment until you decide to proceed.
