Farm assessment: name, mobile number, state, district and landholding size. Optionally, an approximate farm boundary if you choose to plot it on the map.
Agronomist application: name, mobile number, email, qualification, years of experience, coverage area, specialisation, approximate farmer relationships and network acreage, and any certifications you list.
Enterprise and procurement enquiries: name, work email, phone number, organisation, role and the details of your enquiry.
Product enquiries: name, mobile number, state and any crop or acreage context you provide.
Technical information: the page you submitted from, and campaign parameters (UTM values) if you arrived through a marketing link.

2. Why we collect it

Information submitted through forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the assessment or call you requested, and maintain a record of that interaction. Campaign parameters are used to understand which channels bring genuine enquiries.

We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing material, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

3. Where your information goes

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted to our servers and recorded in our customer relationship management system, which is operated by a third-party provider under contract. Access is limited to the team members who need it to respond to you.

Draft entries you type into a form are also saved temporarily in your own browser's local storage so that a weak connection does not lose your input. That data stays on your device and is cleared once the form is submitted successfully. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

4. Farm and operational data

For landowners who enter a management agreement, operational farm data — land records, crop plans, expenses, soil results and field observations — is held for the landowner's benefit as part of the service. It is not sold to third parties.

Where farm data is used in carbon, sustainability or procurement programmes, it is used in the manner set out in the relevant programme agreement, and personally identifying details are shared only as those programmes require.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, and thereafter for a reasonable period for business record purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.

6. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to systems holding personal information is restricted. Credentials for third-party systems are held in server-side configuration and are never exposed to your browser.

No system is perfectly secure. We collect the minimum information necessary precisely to limit the impact of any incident.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your language preference and any form drafts are stored in your browser's local storage, and campaign parameters are held in session storage for the duration of your visit. None of this is shared with advertising networks.

If website analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be added before any tracking begins.
